Amber Manke

Amber Manke, PhD, is currently the Chief of Staff at Optum and serves as the Director of Plans, Operations and Training with the Minnesota National Guard. They hold a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Minnesota, where they also earned a Master of Education. Additionally, Amber has a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Cloud State University. Currently pursuing a Master's degree at The United States Army War College, Amber is a Tillman Scholar and a veteran.
