Ava Tidwell

Ava Tidwell has over two decades of experience in healthcare operations and management. Ava served as Regional VP Operations and Regional General Manager at Optum from January 2016 to July 2021. Prior to this, Ava was General Manager at AxelaCare Health Solutions for one year and held the same position at Ambient Healthcare from April 2001 to December 2015. Ava began a career in the healthcare field as a Registered Nurse at DCH Home Health & Infusion from June 1998 to March 2001. Ava's educational background includes a degree in Registered Nursing from Bevill State Community College and completion of the Clinician Leader Executive Program at United Health Group.
