Chandra Holbrooks

Chandra Holbrooks has extensive experience in pharmacy operations management and retail sales. At CVS Health, Chandra served as Pharmacy Tech Team Lead for nearly 21 years, responsible for scheduling, inventory management, technician reviews, compliance training, and medication preparation. Subsequently, Chandra worked at Optum, first as Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included overseeing the opening of a pharmacy fulfillment site and managing a team of 24 pharmacy technicians, and later as Sr. Business Analyst/Production Controller, focusing on data analysis and production control. Earlier, Chandra was a Retail Sales Manager at Target, overseeing a large sales team and recruitment processes. Chandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
