Christian Mangaser

Christian Mangaser currently serves as the Associate Director of Training at Optum, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Christian spent 18 years at Convergys, progressing through various positions including Senior Operations Manager, Program Head, Operations Manager, Team Manager, Quality Specialist, and Technical Customer Support Representative. In the role of Senior Operations Manager, Christian successfully managed a customer care program for telecommunications that employed 600 individuals and achieved an annual revenue of $8.5 million, while maintaining excellent client scorecards. Christian holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, obtained in 2004.
