Clarke Sabandal

Clarke Sabandal PhD is an experienced executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Vice President at Optum since November 2024. Previously, Clarke held similar vice presidential roles at Innovative Renal Care and American Renal Associates from 2021 to 2024. As the Founder of MindHealth from 2019 to 2024, Clarke developed innovative solutions within the mental health sphere. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals from 2020 to 2021 and Chief Operating Officer at TMS Health Solutions from 2017 to 2019. Clarke's professional trajectory also includes a Vice President position at MEDNAX from 2015 to 2017 and a long tenure at Fresenius Medical Care North America from 1998 to 2014.
