Elie Gluck

Elie Gluck has extensive experience in population health management, having served as SVP and Vice President of Population Health at Optum from June 2021 to March 2024, overseeing operations and strategy across multiple states. Prior to this, Elie held the position of Vice President of Risk Adjustment Operations at Regal Medical Group, where responsibilities included ensuring budget compliance and quality for a significant population in the San Fernando Valley. Additionally, Elie has experience as a Director focused on individualized member services and quality enhancements in healthcare, as well as a brief role as an Executive Intern with Arizona Priority Care Plus, where an ACO project was developed. Early career experience includes working as a Legal Clerk at Doll Amir & Eley, gaining insights into commercial and intellectual property law. Elie holds a Bachelor's degree in Policy Planning and Development with a focus on Healthcare Management from the University of Southern California.
