Farzana Adatiya

Farzana Adatiya currently serves as Vice President of Growth Planning and Chief of Staff at Optum since October 2018, while also holding the position of Senior Vice President of Strategy and Implementation at Pacific Blue Cross since April 2016. Previously, Farzana held various senior leadership roles at WellPoint from September 2005 to March 2013, including VP of Senior & Transformation, Managing Director of Business Support & Planning, and VP of Strategy, Planning & Execution. Farzana's experience also includes being a Principal/Senior Advisor at BDC Advisors, LLC from May 2013 to April 2016, and a Senior Consultant at Deloitte in early 2004. Farzana holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Psychology from McGill University.
