Joseph Sauser

Joseph Sauser, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Healthcare Economics Consultant at Optum since August 2024. Previously, Joseph held the positions of Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst at Healthcare Associates of Texas from September 2022 to September 2024. Joseph also gained experience as Interim Manager at HCA Healthcare and served as an Administrative Resident in the Physician Services Group from July 2021 to September 2022. Educationally, Joseph holds an MBA from Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Medicine from Baylor University. Additional experiences include roles as a Graduate Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant, along with teaching and grading responsibilities in chemistry. Joseph participated in the Atlantis Project as a Student Ambassador and Predoctoral Fellow, which provided insights into the Italian healthcare system.
