Lauren's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of IPA Network Operations and Sr. Manager of Affiliate Provider Relations at Optum, where responsibilities encompassed day-to-day market operations and managing value-based incentive programs. Prior to Optum, Lauren held positions at Humana and Simply Healthcare Plans, managing provider relationships and contracting operations. Lauren began a career in network development at Wellcare Medicare and has a robust educational background, including an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of South Florida.
