Lauren Melcher

Lauren Melcher currently serves as an Advisory Services Analyst in the Consulting Development Program at Optum since July 2024. In addition to this role, Lauren has held various leadership positions at Women in Business at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, including VP of Finance and VP of Data Analytics, while also participating as a Charity Gala Committee Member. Experience includes working as an Associate Consultant at Carlson Consulting Enterprise since November 2022, and previous internships at 3M as a Global Strategic Sourcing Intern and Andersen Corporation as a CX Project Management Intern. Lauren is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management/Marketing at the University of Minnesota, expected in 2024.
