Marissa Schlaifer

Marissa Schlaifer is an accomplished healthcare policy professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Policy at Optum since November 2018, Schlaifer previously held the position of Principal at Schlaifer & Associates, LLC, where services included healthcare policy analysis and advocacy. Prior to that, Schlaifer led the policy team at CVS Health and managed pharmacy benefits at PacifiCare Health Systems. With a background in managed care pharmacy and disease management programs at HEB, Schlaifer has developed expertise in medication therapy management, Medicare Part D, and health care reform.
