Matt Stanaszek

Matt Stanaszek is a results-driven leader in finance at OptumRx, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. They hold an MBA in Finance from the same institution and have extensive experience in business finance, financial modeling, budgeting, and M&A. Previously, Matt served in various finance roles at Optum, including Senior Director of Finance, and worked as a Finance & Sales Manager at Luther Automotive Group, where they drove sales performance improvements. As a Director in management consulting, Matt advised on over 40 M&A transactions worth more than $2 billion, showcasing a strong strategic and analytical mindset.
