Rachel Mangus

Rachel Mangus, CWPM, currently serves as a Strategic Account Executive in Client Management for Health Systems at Optum since September 2022. In this role, Rachel functions as a key advisor, facilitating the development and implementation of innovative solutions for clients, enhancing care continuity, and improving customer satisfaction. Prior to Optum, Rachel held senior operations leadership positions at the Independent Colleges and Universities Benefits Association, Inc. from September 2015 to September 2022, overseeing benefit plan offerings with a projected $100 million in claims. Rachel's experience also includes working as a Client Manager at Willis from 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities included consultative support on health and wellbeing strategic planning and compliance issues. Earlier career experience at Anchor Glass Container Corporation involved administering employee benefits for a substantial workforce while ensuring regulatory compliance. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Valencia College.
