Rachel Woodruff

Rachel Woodruff is a seasoned professional in project management and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions at Optum since January 2022, and previously as a Senior Recruiter for Corporate Legal, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs within the same organization. Prior to Optum, Rachel held the position of Recruitment Manager for North America at Baker McKenzie from February 2019 to December 2021, and served as Project Fulfillment Manager at Robert Half Legal from May 2016 to February 2019. Earlier in the career, Rachel worked as a Legal Recruiter at Lumen Legal and as a Project Manager at General Motors. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Oakland University.
