Shiva Shankar Reddy K. has over 17 years of experience in data engineering and analytics, currently holding the position of Director of Data Engineering at Optum since August 2010, where previous roles included Sr Principal Engineer and Sr Manager. Prior to joining Optum, Shiva worked at IBM as a Data Specialist and at Tech Mahindra as a Developer and Analyst. An alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Shiva earned a Bachelor of Technology degree, receiving a gold medal for exceptional academic performance.
