Amaury Guerrero

Amaury Guerrero is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the ophthalmology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors and CEO at Opty - Hospitais Oftalmológicos since March 2017, Guerrero previously held the CEO position at Grupo H+Brasil from January 2021 to March 2024. Notable past roles include General Manager of a Business Unit at Novartis from November 2015 to March 2017, and CEO for Latin America/Brazil at Mundipharma International Limited from March 2013 to November 2015. Guerrero's career at Alcon spanned from 1995 to 2013, during which time various leadership roles were assumed, including Regional Managing Director for Latin America and CEO positions in Brazil and Mexico. Guerrero holds a Master of Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
