Emma Tonoyan

Emma Tonoyan has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Emma worked as a Translator at Sirma LLC from July 2014 to February 2016. Then they joined "Edem-Garden" LLC as a Translator and Customer Service Consultant from February 2016 to September 2018. After that, they worked at AFP as a Fixer-journalist for a brief period in April 2018. In July 2018, they joined Alternative Creative Network LLC as a Content Writer and later became a Content Team Lead from February 2019 to July 2019. Emma then transitioned into the role of a Project Manager at the same company from July 2019 to October 2020. In 2020, they joined Project Nulla as an IT Project Manager from October 2020 to March 2021. From March 2021 to June 2022, Emma worked as an IT Project Manager at VTG Software. Currently, they hold the position of Product Owner / Scrum Master at Optym since December 2022.

Emma Tonoyan earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relationships from the European University of Armenia, graduating in 2014. In 2018, they attended Business Development Group for Agile Project Management Essentials, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution. Additionally, Emma Tonoyan has obtained several certifications, including "Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management" from Coursera in May 2020, "Agile Foundations" from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy in April 2020, and "Learning Jira Software" from LinkedIn in March 2020.
