Shayna Valianos

Shayna Valianos is a seasoned booking associate and assistant at Opus 3 Artists, responsible for managing between 90-130 engagement contracts monthly and facilitating communications across various departments and with presenters nationwide. Prior experience includes roles as a development assistant at Dancers Unlimited, where Shayna organized events and researched grants, and as a research and advocacy intern at Dance/NYC, contributing to resource development. Earlier positions include a recruitment consultant at 4D Executive Search and professional dancer with LI Chiao Ping Dance, complemented by internships in marketing and arts administration. Shayna holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Dance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with additional educational credentials in Gender and Women Studies.
