Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith is the EVP of Talent and Development at Opus Agency. Lauren has over fifteen years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry.

Lauren started their career as an Account Supervisor at kirshenbaum bond + partners, where they worked for three years. Lauren then moved to Anthropologie, where they worked as a Customer Insight Specialist for two and a half years. In 2012, they joined Droga5 as an Account Director. Lauren spent two and a half years there before moving to 72andSunny, where they spent seven and a half years as the Director of Operations.

At Opus, Lauren is responsible for talent acquisition and development, as well as office management and administration. Lauren also oversees the opex and capex budgets, revenue planning, and staff forecasting. Lauren is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, and has been instrumental in spearheading various internal and external events and programming.

Lauren Smith earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Lauren focused their studies on marketing.
