Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith is currently serving as the EVP, Head of Talent & Development at The Opus Group, where Lauren leads the Talent & Development team in recruitment, human resources, talent management, learning & development, benefits, and payroll. Prior to joining Opus, Lauren held various roles at companies such as 72andSunny, Droga5, Anthropologie, kirshenbaum bond + partners, and merkley + partners, where Lauren gained experience in operations, brand strategy, account management, and customer insights. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
