Rachel Pecka

Rachel Pecka, MBA, DES, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Opus Agency since August 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel held similar positions at 2Heads from March 2016 to July 2020 and at The Promotional Edge from May 2013 to March 2016, where significant expertise was developed in managing client relationships and executing marketing events. Rachel's experience also includes tradeshow operations at Nielsen and event management with IMG. A solid foundation in organizational and logistical support was built during prior roles at Wells Fargo Insurance Services and Harlan J. Berk, LTD. Rachel holds an MBA in Sports Business from San Diego State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwestern University.
