Lovina Hariramani

Lovina Hariramani has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lovina is currently working as a Lead HRBP at Opus Consulting Solutions since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Vodafone Idea Limited from February 2021 to March 2022. Lovina also served as a Senior HR Business Partner & ER Specialist at eClinicalWorks from September 2016 to January 2021.

Before joining eClinicalWorks, Lovina worked as a Human Resources Specialist at MindCraft Software Pvt. Ltd. from January 2014 to May 2016. Lovina started their career as an HR Associate at John Deere in July 2013 and worked until December 2013. Additionally, they had a brief stint as a Management Intern at Reliance Communications from September 2012 to October 2012.

Lovina Hariramani completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources from Tirpude Institute of Management between 2008 and 2011. Lovina then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources from Balaji Institute of Modern Management from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, during the same time period, they also pursued a Masters in Labour Law & Labour Welfare from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
