Alex Labartkava

Alex Labartkava began working in the finance industry in 2010 as an Operations Analyst at Citco Fund Services. In 2012, they were promoted to Senior Operation Analyst and remained in this role until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Alex Labartkava worked as a Senior Fund Accountant (Associate) at MUFG Investor Services, providing a range of fund accounting and administration services. In 2019, they became a Senior Associate at the same company, responsible for liaising with clients and ensuring excellent service delivery. Currently, Alex Labartkava is employed at Opus Fund Services as an Assistant Vice President Portfolio Accounting.

Alex Labartkava attended Halifax West High School from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance. They then pursued further education at Saint Mary's University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned another Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, this time in Finance.
