Stefan Glomazic has worked in various legal and operational roles since 2000. From 2000-2002, they worked as a Transformation Associate for the Government of Montenegro, where they translated training sessions and supported senior Ministry officials in choosing, formulating, and implementing a reform/improvement program. From 2002-2005, they were an Attorney at the Securities Commission, where they developed a comprehensive institutional development plan and wrote advisory opinions. From 2007-2011, they were General Counsel/Operations Manager at Porto Maltese, where they managed a team of in-house legal professionals, negotiated investment and loan contracts, and registered business organizations. Since 2011, they have been General Counsel/Engagement Manager at Opus Group LLC, where they handle every legal, regulatory, compliance, contractual, and quality control aspect of the company's operations, as well as leading efforts in identifying RFI/Q/Ps and crafting unsolicited proposals.

Stefan Glomazic obtained their LLB in Law from the University of Belgrade between 1994 and 1999. In 2003, they continued their education at Georgetown University Law Center, earning an LLM in Securities and Financial Regulation in 2004. In 2006, they received a Mediator certification from the Government of Montenegro. In 2007, they were certified as a Quality Management Systems ISO 9001-2008 External Auditor by SGS. Finally, in 2010, they were certified as an Attorney by the New York Court of Appeals.
