Adam Diaz has over a decade of experience in business process improvement and data analysis at Opus Packaging, where responsibilities include assessing and enhancing company processes, alongside testing and documenting improvements. Previously, Adam held roles that encompassed IT infrastructure administration, designing innovative packaging solutions with engineers, and providing exemplary customer service. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Arts in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from Grace Christian University, complemented by studies at Grand Rapids Community College and Allegan Tech Center.
