Carl Carmoney is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and law enforcement. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Opus Packaging since September 2019, Carmoney previously held the position of Juvenile Probation Officer at Jackson County from June 2013 to July 2019 and served as Captain at the Jackson County Michigan Sheriff from September 2011 to June 2013. Carl Carmoney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies from Siena Heights University, earned from 2007 to 2008, and also graduated with a High School Diploma from Grass Lake High School.
