Melanie Isola

Melanie Isola is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and corporate training sectors, currently serving as a Corporate Solutions Architect at Opus Training since July 2024 and as Chief of Staff at Fourtop since November 2022. Previously, Melanie held the role of Global Hospitality Director at Matthew Kenney Cuisine, supervising operations for 21 restaurants across nine global markets. At Bottega Louie, as Head of Training + Development, Melanie implemented instructional design initiatives and led recruiting efforts for corporate roles. Experience at Hillstone Restaurant Group includes serving as General Manager, where guidance was provided to over 20 Managers in Training while managing a significant property P+L. Additionally, Melanie contributed to the development of a comprehensive continued education program for front of house employees. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Boston University.
