Tom Perry

Tom Perry has over 16 years of work experience in various leadership and development roles. Tom is currently the Global Head of Learning and Development at Opus Talent Solutions. Previously, they worked at Flutter Entertainment Plc as the Leadership Development Manager UK&I, where they were responsible for strategic and tactical development initiatives for the company's three brands. Prior to that, Tom worked at Sky Betting & Gaming as the Skills Manager for Leadership and Management Development, where they defined and launched a new leadership framework and implemented skills building initiatives. Tom also has experience at Direct Line Group, where they served as a Leadership Development Facilitator, Capability Consultant, People Manager, and Sales Consultant, with responsibilities ranging from managing engagement and leadership development programs to driving operational targets and implementing business transformation initiatives.

Tom Perry attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Joint Honours Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminology. Tom then pursued an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of the West of England, specializing in Institute of Leadership and Management Level 7. Additionally, they obtained a Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development from CIPD Qualifications. In 2009, Tom Perry enrolled at The University of Bolton and completed a Master's Conversion Diploma (BPS) in Psychology, which they finished in 2010.
