Rudolf Lang

Rudolf Lang has over 30 years of experience in the luxury goods industry. Rudolf began their career with Swarovski in 1983 as a research and account representative. In 1995, they became regional sales manager for Andros Distributors. Two years later, they were promoted to general sales manager for Time International, the official distributor of Gucci Timepieces in Latin America. In 2000, they joined Chopard as managing director of its Caribbean and Latin American division.

In 2017, Chopard merged its North American and Latin American operations under one umbrella, with Lang overseeing the new Americas Headquarters in Coral Gables, Florida. Rudolf is responsible for guiding teams with transformational and innovative leadership to position the headquarters as a center for business excellence across the region. Rudolf has successfully translated organizational strategy and objectives into a clear vision aimed at continual improvement and efficiency.

Lang is known for their ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams with exceptional talent. Rudolf has been instrumental in Chopard’s success in Latin America and is now poised to do the same for the company’s operations in North America.

Rudolf Lang completed a bachelor's degree in business and marketing at Staatliche Fachoberschule Kaufbeuren.

Rudolf Lang reports to Ismael Roque-Velasco, President & CEO. They work with Julio H. Tamayo - Administrator & Chief Compliance Officer, Chai Assapimonwait - Chief Financial Officer, and Lily Milton - VP of Patient Advocacy.
