Morne Swanepoel

Morne Swanepoel's work experience begins in 1997 when they joined AccTech Systems as the Chief Information Technology (IT) Officer for 4Sight - AccTech IT Cluster. In this role, they were passionate about digitizing processes around ERP, HR, Assets, and CRM Solutions. Morne also believed that people are at the center of digital transformation. Morne Swanepoel went on to become the COO of AccTech Systems before leaving in 2021.

In 2010, Morne Swanepoel had a role as a Business Partner and COO at Sentula, which lasted until 2014. Morne also worked in a private capacity during 2012 and 2013.

In 2022, Morne Swanepoel joined OpusXenta as the SVP Global Services, a position they currently hold. Prior to this, they had a role in learning starting in September 2021.

Morne Swanepoel attended Hoërskool Ermelo from 1986 to 1990, but did not earn a degree or study any specific field during this period. Following their high school education, they enrolled at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria from 1991 to 1994. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree in Accountancy with a specialization in Auditing.
