Rachel Lim

Rachel Lim has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rachel started their career as a Research Assistant at the A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research in 2016 and continued in the same role in 2017. Rachel then worked as a Research Project member at UCL from September 2017 to March 2018.

In 2018, Rachel joined AGC Biologics as a Team Leader of Quality Control in the Life Sciences Division, where they worked until July 2021. Following this, they worked at Imperial College London as an Industry Partnerships and Commercialisation Student in the Medicine department from March 2022 to October 2022. Rachel then advanced to the role of Industry Partnerships and Commercialisation, Medicine from October 2022 to May 2023.

Rachel's most recent work experience is with Opvia, where they currently hold a position in Business Development starting in May 2023. Overall, their work experience encompasses research, quality control, and industry partnerships in various organizations.

Rachel Lim's education history begins with their time at the Canadian International School from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate diploma. Rachel then went on to pursue a BSc in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Control Systems at UCL from 2015 to 2018. Following that, they obtained additional certifications in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Awareness from SGS Academy in August 2018, and in Good Manufacturing Practices from the Chiba Pharmaceutical Association in Japan in April 2019.

In 2021, Rachel enrolled in Imperial College London to pursue a Master of Science degree in Genes, Drugs and Stem Cells - Novel Therapies, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
