Laura Rabasco Hernández

Laura Rabasco Hernández has a diverse work experience. Laura began their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at Camping El Pinar, where they worked for four seasons. In this role, they handled various responsibilities such as check-in/out, dealing with complaints, providing tourist information, and selling tours. Following this, Laura worked as a Front Office - All Round Receptionist at Residence Inn by Marriott, where they attended to customers' needs and managed check-ins/outs, cash transactions, and reservations. Laura then joined BUCK as a User Experience Designer for a 4-week project, where they collaborated on the redesign of the content layout and information architecture of their website. After that, Laura worked as a Front Office Associate at Yalo Urban Boutique Hotel Ghent, where they greeted guests, managed check-ins/outs, answered calls/emails, and handled conference room reservations. Currently, Laura holds the position of Designer at Oqton.

Laura Rabasco Hernández has a diverse education history. In 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management at Universitat de Girona. Following this, from 2017 to 2018, Laura participated in the Erasmus Project Semester at AP Hogeschool Antwerpen. Continuing their educational journey, Laura enrolled in Devine - KASK Conservatorium HoGent Howest from 2020 to 2023, where they are in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Development. Additionally, in 2022, Laura attended Ironhack to complete a UX/UI Bootcamp - Product Design, specializing in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design.
