Nilma Soares

Nilma Soares is an experienced architect and urban planner currently serving as an Arquiteta e Urbanista at OR since November 2023, where responsibilities include coordination of product development and real estate projects, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost control. Prior to this role, Nilma worked as an Analista de Orçamentos, Planejamento e Controle at SKR Arquitetura Viva from February 2023 to November 2023, emphasizing project analysis and efficiency. Nilma's experience also includes product development at Mitre Realty and involvement in product, projects, and budgets at Gafisa. Nilma holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (2018-2022) and is pursuing a Lato Sensu graduate degree in Project Management at Escola Politécnica da USP (2023-2025).
