Akshay T. has a diverse background in engineering and management, beginning as an Engineer - Trainee at Samarth Electronics in 1997. Akshay transitioned to the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre as a Scientific Officer before progressing to Mahindra Satyam (formerly Satyam Computers) as a System Analyst, where notable contributions included representation at client locations for Lucent and Motorola, core development of Motorola's Fault Management System, and technical leadership in call processing features at Lucent. Subsequently, Akshay joined Oracle, first as a Senior Manager and later as a Senior Director since 2012. Educational qualifications include a BE in Instrumentation & Control from Bhavnagar University, an Executive Education in Accelerate Executive Insight from the University of Michigan and IESE Business School, and an Executive General Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
