Betsie Reynolds

Betsie Reynolds is an accomplished executive in the areas of transformation, strategic services, and organizational development, currently serving as the VP of Transformation & Strategic Services at Oracle since August 2020. Previously, Betsie held key leadership roles including Vice President of Business Transformation & Strategic Analytics at Rizing HCM, and Practice Director at 3D Results, where responsibilities encompassed data science and learning management. Early career experiences include roles at Republic Services, Honeywell, Ingram Micro, and ExecuTrain, culminating in a strong foundation in learning and development. Betsie holds a Master of Arts in Literature from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Sociology from Chapman University.
