Candice Zhu

Candice Zhu is a seasoned professional in government affairs and digital industry management, currently serving as the Director of Government Affairs for Southeast Asia at Oracle. Previously, Candice held the position of Senior Manager at Digital Industry Singapore and Acronis, focusing on government relations and partnership development. Candice also contributed as the Assistant Director and subsequently the Head of Policy & Strategy at the Employment & Employability Institute. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Executive in HR and Finance at the Ministry of National Development Singapore. Education was obtained from the National University of Singapore.
