Colette Colburn

Colette Colburn is an experienced professional with a strong background in relationship management and strategic oversight across various organizations. They served as a Senior Human Resources Assistant at Microsoft, where they educated managers and employees on HR policies, and as a Program Lead at YWCA Seattle, assisting clients in achieving job readiness. At Bloodworks Northwest, Colette was a founding member of the Ideation Advisory Group, tackling significant challenges within the organization.
