Harsha Bhosale

Harsha Bhosale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in inclusion, diversity, and human resources. Currently serving as the Inclusive Recruiting Leader for Japan and Asia Pacific at Oracle since August 2022, Harsha has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equality at Accenture, where leadership spanned 100,000 employees, and Strategic Talent Consulting and D&I Leader at EY, supporting over 4,000 employees. Previous positions include Recruitment Head for South East Asia at Caterpillar Inc. and various roles at EY and Oracle, demonstrating a strong background in talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement across multiple regions in Asia Pacific. Harsha holds an MBA in Human Resources from Alliance Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Karnatak University.
