Inona Ciobanu is a Customer Support Engineer at Oracle since September 2021, where responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for escalations and providing support for non-technical queries in English and Italian. Additionally, Inona serves as a mentor and coach for new staff members, facilitating regular meetings and reviews to support the development of fellow support engineers. Prior to this role, Inona worked at SCC from April 2018 to July 2021, providing first-level technical support for printer services in the UK. Inona is also a proud alumni of the Generația Tech program from Digital Nation, which focuses on IT and digital skills development.
