Irina Mihaela Sischin

Irina Mihaela Sischin currently serves as the ISV Strategic Programs Director for EMEA at Oracle, where responsibilities include driving cloud adoption and assisting ISVs in developing go-to-market strategies since September 2015. Prior to Oracle, Sischin worked at Cisco Systems from October 2008 to March 2014, holding positions such as Sales Manager for Commercial Partner Led and Territory Business Manager Commercial, focusing on growth strategies, partner management, and sales team leadership. Early career experience includes sales management roles at Wizrom Software and a product management position at Smartree Romania. Irina Mihaela Sischin holds a BA in Business Administration and Management from the Universitatea Româno-Americană din București and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Gheorghe Lazar National College.
