Jim Hawkins

Jim Hawkins is an experienced leader in data center operations, currently serving as Vice President of Data Center Operations at Oracle since September 2021. With a strong background in operational management, Jim previously held several senior positions at Rackspace, including Senior Vice President of Operations, where oversight of a global organization of over 800 employees was a core responsibility. Jim also contributed as a Board Member for the Open Compute Project Foundation and the New Braunfels Youth Soccer Association. Prior experience includes managing a $30MM fiberglass fabrics business at Owens Corning. Academically, Jim holds an MBA from Purdue University and a BS in Marketing from Westminster University.
