Katrina Gosek is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product and market strategy, currently serving as Vice President for Oracle Customer Experience since February 2012. Gosek leads initiatives within outbound product management and the Sales Portfolio, focusing on innovative applications such as CX Sales, CPQ, Subscriptions, and B2B Commerce. Previously held roles include Senior Director and Director for Oracle's CX Product & Market Strategy, where Gosek played a key role in launching Oracle's Commerce Cloud. Prior to Oracle, Gosek worked at Endeca as Director of Product Marketing and held senior marketing positions at Macmillan US, Jones and Bartlett Learning, and Charlesbridge. Gosek holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a MA in Renaissance French Literature from Harvard University, and a BA in European Studies from Vanderbilt University.

Oracle Cloud Services integrate the IT components, including software, hardware and services, on a customer’s behalf in a cloud-based IT environment that Oracle deploys, manages, supports and upgrades for the customer and that a customer may access utilizing common web browsers via a broad spectrum of devices. Oracle cloud license and on-premise license deployment offerings include Oracle Applications, Oracle Database and Oracle Middleware software offerings, among others, which customers deploy using IT infrastructure from the Oracle Cloud or their own cloud-based or on-premise IT environments. Oracle hardware products include Oracle Engineered Systems, servers, storage and industry-specific products, among others. Customers generally opt to purchase hardware support contracts when they purchase Oracle hardware products. Oracle also offers services to assist its customers and partners to maximize the performance of their Oracle purchases.
