Kirstin Ward

Kirstin Ward is a seasoned HR leader with over a decade of experience at Oracle, currently serving as Group Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing multiple HR functions including Organization & Talent Development, Employee Experience, and Strategic Employee Communications. Previous roles at Oracle include Vice President for Employee Experience and Strategic Communications, where significant initiatives included establishing a new strategic communications function.
