Martin F. Irtmann

Martin F. Irtmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as Director of Strategy & Innovation for Public Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences at Oracle since February 2016. In this role, Martin focuses on leveraging digital transformation to manage business complexity in public services. Prior to Oracle, Martin held positions at SAS as Senior Business Expert for Smart Cities and at IBM Deutschland GmbH as Senior Business Consultant and Industry Expert in Public, where significant contributions were made to modernize German social services under SGB XII Law. Earlier career roles included consulting for various federal and state authorities in Germany and serving as Key Account Manager for the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development. Martin earned a Diploma in Business Informatics from The Berlin School of Economics and Law and has completed executive education programs at the University of Michigan and IESE Business School.
