Matt Franklin has extensive experience in technology sales and customer success, having held various roles primarily at Oracle and other notable companies. At Oracle, Matt served as a Consulting and Managed Services Sales Executive, where expertise in customer success was utilized to maximize client investments. Other significant positions included roles as Director of SLED Delivery and Senior Manager of Advanced Customer Services Delivery Management. Previous experience includes managing enterprise accounts at iPlanet and serving as a Technical Support Team Lead at Netscape. Matt began a career in technical support at Oracle Corporation, providing solutions for enterprise accounts. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Rutgers University.
