Pramuditha Perera

Pramuditha Perera is currently a Principal Applied Scientist at Oracle, having previously served as an Applied Scientist at Amazon Web Services (AWS). They obtained a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and have extensive experience in teaching, research, and machine learning, including roles as a Teaching Assistant at Rutgers University and Johns Hopkins. Pramuditha's research interests include Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Novelty Detection, and Biometrics. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Peradeniya.
