Ramsyam Missula

Ramsyam Missula is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Vice President of Health Data Intelligence at Oracle since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ramsyam held key positions at AppDynamics, where leadership of the engineering team contributed to significant revenue growth, and at Amazon, managing the technology for the multi-billion dollar Amazon Associates program across 14 countries. As Co-Founder and CTO of SayPay Technologies, innovation in mobile payments was advanced through the integration of voice biometrics. Additionally, Ramsyam led engineering efforts at Quikr, building a substantial team for diverse vertical initiatives. Ramsyam holds an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
