Remon Fayez

Remon Fayez is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Capital Management (HCM) with extensive experience in consulting roles. Currently serving as a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant at Oracle since November 2024, Remon previously worked at Sphere Consulting (SCIS) from June 2022 to October 2024, where the role included responsibilities as a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant and Experienced Oracle HCM Consultant. Prior to this, Remon held a position as a Senior HR & Payroll Microsoft Dynamics 365 application consultant at Solutions Gate for a brief period in early 2022. From October 2016 to February 2022, Remon advanced through various roles at HITS Solutions, culminating in the position of Supervisor HR & Payroll application consultant. Earlier professional experience includes positions as a Financial Accountant at Fabulous Sportswear from September 2014 to March 2016 and several roles in HR and Payroll consulting.
