Samuel Huckaby

Samuel Huckaby, DBIA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Data Center Infrastructure at Oracle since April 2025. Prior to this role, Samuel held various leadership positions at Vantage Data Centers, including Chief Development Officer for EMEA and Chief Operating Officer for North America. Samuel's extensive experience in construction management includes roles such as Senior Vice President and Vice President at Vantage Data Centers, and Project Manager at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and O'Connor Construction Management, Inc. Samuel also contributed to academia as a lecturer at California State University, East Bay. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Construction Management from California State University, East Bay, a Bachelor of Science in Concrete Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University, and a certificate in Project Leadership from the Stanford Center for Professional Development.
