Sandeep Datar is the VP of User Experience and Design at Oracle, where they lead a global design team focused on CX Marketing and Commerce products. With over 25 years of experience in user research-driven innovation, Sandeep has held significant roles at major companies, including Yahoo! and Symantec, where they built and managed high-performance teams and drove design strategies. Sandeep's expertise spans various domains, including marketing automation, e-commerce, and user-centered design, and they are currently mentoring emerging design leaders with the Future London Academy. Sandeep holds a Master’s in Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
