Sandhya Nair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project accounting and financial management, primarily at Oracle from 2007 to 2011 and in subsequent roles of increasing responsibility. At Oracle, Sandhya served as Assistant Manager for Project Accounting in the US & EMEA, overseeing projects, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing talent development. As a Senior Manager and later Director, Sandhya led Project Financial Management and the Customer Deal Desk teams, focusing on systems transformation, deal support services, and compliance.
